Welcome to the Future
Have a Pleasant Tomorrow, Today!

The future isn’t poisoned air and water.
It isn’t black-lung coal mines where canaries die and workers toil until their backs crack broken, their wheezing lungs destroyed, their spirits long since crushed. It’s not sludge in filthy water, destroying the elements that bring us… life.
The future isn’t animals hunted to extinction and tortured. Nor tormented.
The future isn’t cruelty. Inhumanity. Insanity. The future isn’t racism and inbreeding due to racism.
The future isn’t a government ever concerning itself with the contents of one woman’s womb.
The future isn’t children terrified to attend school, not because they’re unprepared for an exam, but because they are unprepared to die so young and see their friends screaming their last breaths in such short lives, lying in their own pools of blood.
Because no one put a stop to it.
Because the only few that could were paid to not care. Money drenched in blood. Their political campaigns and TV ads paid for in sacrifice…
