(L) A Hero vs. (R) A Zero.

Maybe it’s the two long years of hatred, racism, lies, and idiocy that spewed from Donald Trump’s treasonous lips.

Maybe it’s been that long since anyone moved, or inspired me… I mean, there were moments here and there, where someone would say a sentence that resonated…. For example: When newly elected Virginia state delegate Danica Roem was asked about Bob “Andneel” Marshall, a guy who relentlessly attacked her for being transgendered (in the most insanely vicious ways imaginable), she said:

“I don’t attack my constituents. Bob is my constituent now.”

I thought that was such a cool thing to say. — To my battered ears, coming off of hearing a hundred million uncool things in a row, sung by Trump and his enablers at the GOP Vampire Glee Club, it was like being immersed in pristine refreshing water after being bashed about in a sea of assholery.

Beto “Neat-O” O’Rourke is running against human/slug hybrid Ted Cruz for Senate.

In his book, Al Franken famously stated:

"Here's the thing you have to understand about Ted Cruz, I like Ted Cruz more than most of my other colleagues like Ted Cruz. And I hate Ted Cruz."
